UBBCP hosts annually
The Celebration of Reading. This event celebrates books, reading, writing, the printed word and its literary emerging technologies.
Reading, writing, and the printed word are tools for accessing knowledge, instruments for communication, and means for reflection and recreation -- essential to the health and strength of our communities as well as the happiness of its citizens. Through reading and writing we tell our stories, share our lives, and design our future.
This annual book fair that is apart of the Celebration of Reading is free and open to the public.
